that the next three days  i am going to smoke no more and believe in

It is very important to note that you must reflect about the future and give

yourself the reason the quit smoking , thing about how the future is bright

for you and the successes you will achieved in the future and the dreams

and visions you have for yourself and try your best to quit smoking it would

be sad to note that many people are not reflecting about the future and they

see no important about the future and that is why they continue smoking

but however if you thing about the future you will never smoke again.

I believe if the above measures is duly followed you can be assured of

quitting smoking in very respectable manner and you will begin to see
