Despite trying to make our daily living for survival , it is better to spend

time in exercising our bodies to look great all the time because when you

exercise your body you are fit all the time in other to do the needed task for

the day for instance when exercise your body it help reduced stress and

also enable you to keep fit all the day long and also it enables you to look

healthy and strong all the time. It would be sad to note that people would

spent most of their in the office sitting in the long chair without actually

given much attentions to the exercise in my own candid opinion it is some

thing unfortunate to do in our daily life we must do all our best to

incorporate exercising our bodies in our daily life. A research has shown

that most of our sicknesses is as a results of lack of exercising the bodies we

must try our best to exercise regularly in other to stay fit all the day long.

That remind me about the issue of obese it is estimate that in the

developing country obesity incidence is very high among the youth and all

this is simple about lack of attentions we give to exercising our bodies. Here

are some  4 strategies you can incorporate in our daily schedule to enable

us stay strong and fit all the day in our lives.

1.Try your best and stay focus all the time you must try at least in a day in

spend 10 to 15 minutes in a day and run through the stairs of the house or

in your office this will help you stay stronger and it will give strength to

your mind and rejuvenate you. And when you try that for some time you

will stay stronger all the day.

2.Try and purchase some work out equipment sometimes it is very

important to purchase a work out equipment purposely for daily exercising

of our bodies. Because it is important to try our best to incorporate it

compulsory in our daily life so that you will make it a point that every day

you wake up you will exercise your body in other you will stay healthy and

strong all the day and also you will look great all the time.

3.Try your best and take health supplement and also more fruits and

vegetables in other to stay healthy all the time. off late there are some

supplement that when you take would boost your ability in achieving your

weight loss but however to attain the best results you must exercise

regularly in other to stay strong and fit all the time. It would be sad to note

that people do not exercise regularly and all this and more cause a lot of

harm in your overall survival as a human being. Also is quite to note that

you must take it upon yourself to exercise regularly and also make it a point

to take a dessert after every meal so that you will gain the fullest healthy

benefits are trying to achieve. Try and take some fruits after every meal in

other to stay healthy all the time.

4.And finally in other to stay healthy and strong never make it a habit of

eating late try your best to eat at least early part of the night let say around

7:00pm you must take your supper meal and along with it try and take

some dessert after every meal never do any mistake by eating around late

in the night like 10:00pm because at that point your digestive system may

not have enough time to digest the food and when you finally sleep with the

food may not digest and that can cause you feel sick and the body might

have the chance to extract from the food with needed nutrients to help the

body function properly. And also when you eat in late hours and sleep your

body system would be focusing on the digestive system of your body

instead rejuvenating your body and refreshing the minds to look fresh for

the next day activities.

Hence if the above step is followed you will always stay fit and strong all the

day and you can be able to carry out your daily activities without much

problems and also it will offer your body the chance to stay healthy all the

time and also your body system would always stay stronger all the time.
