1. Make natural food choices – Sometimes people will tell you to go on the

natural way and always look fresh and healthy all the time sometimes

when you depend on natural food you tend to get the fullest benefits of all

what the body needs. Sometime when you exercise the whole intentions is

to look healthy but however it is good to take in natural food ingredients

that boost the overall health of your body and you will always look healthy.

For instance if you take Orange and Mango which is full with vitamin C you

will look healthy and remain healthy all the time. Sometime exercising only

is not only the best way to help you improve on your healthy status but

however if you eat natural food that are good in vitamins will improve

upon your overall health status hence make natural food as one of the best

choice.

2. Change Your State – Once you start an activity that will retain your

healthy status you must try your best to continue with that activity for

instance if you are attending to gymnasium makes it choice to be part of

you all the time never ceased your effort in pursuing that efforts always

make it a point to be part of your lifestyle. Also when you believed that

taking a 5 cups of water a day will boost your overall healthy make it a

point to always drinks a lot of water always to always stay healthy and

strong all the time

cardiovascular activities like walking and cycling or kickboxing and step

aerobics. This will help to optimally develop your cardiovascular fitness,

maintain the element of fun in exercise, help you avoid over-training, as

well as injury. Bottom line, you will expend more calories. Also try your best

to regularly engaged in cardio exercise to stay healthy and strong all the

time and stay safe all the time. As you know many people are not used to

regular cardio exercise and hence will easily fall sick but however if you
